How do I maintain my NHStrands hair?

Shampoo & condition hair at least every two to three weeks. It is best to squeeze out excess water in your hair and let your hair air dry. Avoid using products that contain harmful ingredients such as alcohol and sulfates, as it affects the natural state of the hair.

How many bundles do I need?

3 bundles is recommended to cover the entire head. It is best for hair in lengths of 14” to 24”. For hair in lengths 26” or longer, 4 bundles of hair is recommended.

How long will the hair last?

We carry both 100% Raw and Virgin hair. Our raw hair will last 3-4 years with proper hair care but remember, it is determined by how well the hair is taken care of. Treat the hair as if it were your own hair. Our virgin hair will last between 2-3 years.

What does my order come with?

Customisation (bleaching and plucking) is available for wig orders. Select “yes” next to the customisation option on the product page. 

Wig orders are delivered with a wig cap, edge brush and a mini Ebin glue to ensure your wig is not shifting!

For orders containing bundle deals, you will also receive the same items.

All tape-in orders come with additional sticky tabs so that you can easily reuse your tapes whenever.

Orders that contain just a frontal/closure will come with a wig cap and an edge brush to keep your baby hairs laid!

How do I know what head size I am for wigs? 

Head Size - SMALL: 

(21”-21.5” Circumference), (11” Ear to Ear), (13.5” Front to Back) 

Head Size - AVERAGE:

(22”-22.5” Circumference), (12” Ear to Ear), (14” Front to Back) 

Head Size - LARGE: 

(23”-23.5” Circumference), (12.5” Ear to Ear), (15” Front to Back)

Shipping & processing policy:

All orders have a 5-10 day business day processing period. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Please keep in mind, you will not receive updates on your order whilst it’s being processed. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email. We aim to ship all orders with next day delivery, however shipping can take between 1-3 business days.

After an order is in the hands of DPD, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if any issues occur.

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address.

Exchange & Refund policy:

All sales are final. Exchanges are permitted if there has been a mistake on our part. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service email at : sales@nhstrands.com . Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. Exchanged items must be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will notify you and email you once the new item has been shipped. The price of the exchanged item(s) must not exceed the original order amount.
